A man was attacked during a home invasion robbery in Arcadia early Thursday morning, police said.
The robbery was reported around 1 a.m. at a family residence in the 1900 block of Tulip Lane, according to the Arcadia Police Department.
Police said a husband, wife, and their teenage son were in the home when the robbery occurred.
Police believe the victim, the husband, possibly confronted the intruders during the robbery. The man was pistol whipped, according to the Arcadia Police Department.
Police said the victim suffered serious injuries but was expected to make a full recovery.
Police were searching for two men in connection with the robbery, but said there could be another person involved, possibly driving a getaway car.
