A 27-year-old man from Riverside County was killed in a crash involving a suspected drunk driver in Laguna Beach, police said Sunday.
The two-vehicle crash occurred at 8:55 p.m. Saturday on Pacific Coast Highway near the Aliso Dip on the southern end of the city, the Laguna Police Department said in a tweet.
A man from Murrieta was driving one of the vehicles, and suffered major injuries. He was hospitalized but died later that night, according to police.
The driver of the other vehicle was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.
Authorities did not disclose any names.
