Missing 14-Year-Old Boy With Autism Found

A 14-year-old boy with autism who went missing in Anaheim early Tuesday was found safe, police said.

"We are very happy to report Zachary has been located, is safe, and has been reunited with his family!" Anaheim Police Department tweeted Tuesday morning.

Zachary Lamagna, who is from Lake Elsinore in Riverside County, was last seen around 1 p.m. on Monday near the intersection of Sunkist Street and Cerritos Avenue.

Lamagna is white, 5 feet 6, about 130 pounds, with blond hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a black sweater, a tie-dye shirt with kittens, tan shorts and black shoes.

Bloodhounds were assisting in his search Tuesday morning.

The boy was visiting family and is unfamiliar with the area, said Anaheim police Sgt. Jacob Gallacher. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call the Anaheim Police Department at (714)-765-1900.
