Central California Trembles With 3.7 Quake

A small earthquake struck Central California on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The quake hit southern Inyo County at 4:19 a.m. with a magnitude of 3.7, its epicenter 16 miles north-northeast of the San Bernardino County community of Trona, according to a computer-generated USGS report.
