A 23-year-old Van Nuys man has been charged with four felony counts for allegedly shooting a man in the hand in a suspected road rage attack on Tuesday on the Hollywood (101) Freeway near Universal Studios.
Sarkis Ambartsumyan was scheduled to be arraigned Thursday afternoon in Van Nuys Superior Court on one count each of attempted murder, assault with a semiautomatic firearm, shooting at an occupied motor vehicle and possession of a firearm by a felon.
