A drunk passenger assaulted airline staff on an airplane at LAX then attacked cops, police say.
Officers was called to Terminal 6 at around 8:10 p.m. after it was reported Lisa Piasecki, 32, of North Carolina was being belligerent towards airline staff, Los Angeles Airport Police Department said. The FBI also responded to the incident.
Police say she was intoxicated, and had assaulted airline personnel. She is also said to have kicked and screamed at officers while being detained.

Piasecki was arrested and later booked for battery on a police officer and for being drunk in public. Piasecki had also been placed under citizen's arrest by three flight crew members for battery.
Los Angeles Fire Department responded and the subject was taken to a local hospital for treatment. She was then was transported to and booked at LAPD 77th Division Jail.
The investigation is still ongoing by airport police and the FBI.
