One person was killed early Monday in a three-vehicle crash in the Mid-Wilshire area.
The crash was reported at 12:38 a.m. at 4930 W. San Vicente Blvd. at La Brea, said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department. Two cars and a sport utility vehicle were involved in the crash.
One person died at the scene and at least two other people were hospitalized. Details about the injured victims conditions were not available.
Offices are attempting to determine whether one of the drivers ran a red light.
The intersection, closed for the crash investigation and cleanup, reopened at about 6 a.m.
