A driver was arrested after leading authorities on a pursuit Monday night in a Porsche SUV through the San Gabriel Valley that ended with two freeway spinouts.
The driver of the gray SUV was seen speeding down the westbound 10 Freeway, possibly running a traffic break.
It appeared that the driver was waving what appeared to be scarf or flag out of the sunroof.
The SUV with at least one flat tire damaged by a spike strip spun out twice until it came to a stop nose-to-nose with a patrol car on the freeway. The driver eventually surrendered and was taken into custody.
