A wild police chase involving a vandal ended Thursday night with the man's arrest.
The man behind the wheel of the Dodge Durango was taken into custody after a chase along the 10 Freeway in the Mid City area.
The chase began after police said he was seen on a freeway shoulder spray-painting a wall with graffiti.
The chase started near the eastbound 10 Freeway at Overland Avenue in the Palms section of Los Angeles.
When police tried to pull the driver over, he drove off. The dangerous driver weaved in and out of traffic on the freeway before exiting on surface streets.
At one point when police tried to spin out the Durango a police car rear ended another car during a failed PIT-manuever.
