The Shrine Rolls Out the Red Carpet for the SAG Awards

Another day, another award show

"The Fighter," the story of a boxer from the wrong side of the tracks, and "The King's Speech," a period piece about a British prince struggling to overcome a stammer, are the top nominees headed into Sunday's Screen Actors Guild Awards, with four nods each.

In the SAG equivalent of best picture, the casts of "The Fighter," "The King's Speech," "Black Swan," "The Kids Are All Right" and "The Social Network" are nominated for best ensemble for the 17th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, which will be presented at the Shrine Auditorium.

"The Social Network" was named best dramatic picture at the Golden Globe Awards, while "The Kids Are All Right" won the prize for best comedy or musical. "The King's Speech" tops all competitors by earning 12 Oscar nominations.

Golden Globe winner and Oscar nominee Colin Firth is a clear front-runner to win the best actor prize from SAG for his role as the stammering King George VI in "The King's Speech." Also nominated are last year's winner, Jeff Bridges for "True Grit," Robert Duvall for "Get Low," Jesse Eisenberg for "The Social Network" and James Franco for "127 Hours."

Bridges took home the Actor -- which the SAG Award is called -- in 2010 for his performance in "Crazy Heart."
