3 Years After Michael Brown's Death, Has Ferguson Changed?

Many community members want the police to focus more on public safety issues and investigations on serious crimes

The death of unarmed 18-year-old man by a police officer in Ferguson set off violent riots across the county and the country, after three years the changes made to address social issues across the city are slowly beginning to show, NBC News reported.
