The first victim of some 298 passengers aboard downed Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 has been identified, according to the Dutch government. The victim was a Dutch national, but his or her age and sex have not been released, according to the Associated Press. Although many bodies have been moved, the investigation into the crash site itself has been delayed by fighting in the region between the Ukrainian government and pro-Russian separatists.
