Police Tuesday searched the Chatsworth Charter High School campus after a threat was received, and said they found "no evidence of a credible threat."
Authorities went to the school in the 10000 block of Lurline Avenue after the threat was received by phone about 10:15 a.m., and the school was placed on lockdown as a precaution, said Los Angeles Police Department Officer Drake Madison.
"There is no report of shots fired or (of) an active shooter incident," police said in a statement.
