We know it seems like a stretch, but after watching one of the governor's webcast, this movie mashup seems a little more plausible.
Now we're not saying it's a rip-off -- but -- by the time the news conference started, we were half-expecting Schwarzenegger to start explaining the finer points of faking an illness (obviously, it's all about the clammy hands).
We've placed both songs back to back, so you can be the judge.
[UPDATE: 2:01 p.m.] According to the governor's office, the likeness is purely coincidental. The song came from a production library publicly available online, said spokesman Mike Naple.
Even so, the thought of Schwarzenegger racing home to thwart the plans of Ed Rooney brings a smile to our faces.
