The city of Pasadena will answer patrons' questions on a phone hotline next Monday and until Friday, starting at 8 a.m. each day. Calls will be taken until 5 p.m. Monday, 4 p.m. Tuesday, 7 p.m. Wednesday, and 4 p.m. both Thursday and Friday. The number is 877-793-9911.
