Ahead of Wednesday's rush hour commute, three lanes were blocked on the 101 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles due to police activity.
The California Highway Patrol issued the alert around 4 p.m. for the northbound 101 Freeway at Spring Street.
The #2, 3 and 4 lanes were blocked, according to the CHP.
All lanes reopened around 6 p.m.
