Manny to Miss Another Week

Manny Ramirez, who left the Dodgers' game Sunday with a sore left hamstring, won't play again for at least a week.

"A thing we're certainly not going to attempt to do is take a chance with this and once you start playing it never goes away," Los Angeles manager Joe Torre told reporters in Phoenix.

"We're just going to lay low till we get rid of this," Torre said. "We're just going to keep him out. I can't give you a time because I don't know the time, but it's certainly going to be through the weekend and probably beyond that."
