Things have gone from bad to worse for USC linebacker Osa Masina.
After he was suspended indefinitely along with fellow linebacker Don Hill from all team activities earlier in the week, Masina was charged on Thursday with three felonies in the state of Utah.
Masina is accused of sexual assault in both Utah and California after the same woman awoke to Masina assaulting her in two separate incidents. The first one occurred in Los Angeles and two weeks later the same crime was alleged in Utah.
The Salt Lake County District Attorney announced that the charges against Masina are one count of rape, and two counts of forcible sodomy. All three counts are first-degree felonies.
In a strange twist, Masina is also accused of sending pictures and video of the assault to the woman's ex-boyfriend.
The victim alleges that on July 14, Masina gave her Xanax pills throughout the day and she consumed them with alcohol at the pool and later at a frat party. After the party was over, the woman says Masina took her to the apartment of Don Hill, a fellow linebacker and teammate of Massina's.
The victim states she was "out of it" and that the "next thing the victim recalls is having sex with Masina," according to a search warrant that was obtained by TMZ.

The woman also claims that Hill assaulted her as well and that two weeks later at a party in Utah, the same thing happened. After that incident, she called police.
No formal charges have been brought against Hill yet, but both players were suspended from the team indefinitely on Tuesday.
