Two Men Arrested for Allegedly Taking Explicit Photos With Unconscious Women

Investigators believe there may be more possible victims.

Two men were arrested for allegedly taking sexually-explicit photos with unconscious women and posting some of them on social media, police said.

Police arrested Pedro Garcia, 22, of Glendale, and Bryan Lizarraga Castillo, 23, of Lincoln Heights.

"Our victim wouldn't have known unless she was told by friends. Evidently, one of the suspects posted some pictures on Facebook," said Sgt. Robert William of Glendale Police Department.

According to police, the alleged crimes happened on March 8 when a 22-year-old woman said she was out with the men and several other friends.

The woman said one of the suspects handed her a beer and a plastic cup. She said she remembered being offered a ride home by the man and waking up in the suspect's car in the morning.

Police said it was days later when her friends told her about the Facebook post with her and the two suspects while she was passed out and topless with the suspects kissing her chest.

The woman reported the information to police on March 18, and days later police discovered a second alleged victim in photos unconscious and in sexually-explicit poses.

"It's the same two suspects in the photos. So, they're trying to figure out who this other woman is, and the fact that we have two potential victims, the detectives are only wondering if there's more," William said.

Police are trying to identify the other woman but cannot release the photos because they are too explicit.

Detectives hope anyone with information calls them immediately.
