Woman in Her 70s Found Dead Inside West Hollywood Apartment

An autopsy is pending for a woman in her 70s whose body was found in a West Hollywood apartment, authorities said Wednesday.

The death was reported around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 1100 block of Curson Avenue, between Fairfax Avenue and Gardner Street, near Santa Monica Boulevard, according to Deputy Joana Warren of the Sheriff's Information Bureau.

The woman was found unresponsive in her residence where she was pronounced dead, Warren said.

There was no immediate report of any foul play.
