The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office said Tuesday the Windsor Hills crash suspect was involved in “numerous” collisions before the deadly crash at La Brea and Slauson that left six dead, including a pregnant woman and her family.

The family of one the pregnant woman that was killed in the Windsor Hills crash speaks out.

A pregnant woman, her fiance, and 11-month-old baby were all on their way to a doctor’s appointment to check the health of the unborn baby when a Mercedes traveling incredibly fast slammed into their car and killed the whole family Thursday.

The 37-year-old woman, a nurse from Texas, will be booked after she’s released from a hospital where she’s being treated for injuries she sustained in the wreck.

The Mercedes blew a red light at Slauson, moving so quickly that the victims had nowhere to go to avoid the chain reaction crash. Toni Guinyard reports for Today in LA on Friday, Aug. 5, 2022.

Shocking surveillance footage of the crash showed a normal intersection before a black Mercedes came plowing through a red light like a rocket. At least six were killed and nine were injured.
