Nothing tops off a holiday meal quite like a freshly baked pie.
Here in LA, you can get a unique treat -- a sweet potato pie from 27th Street Bakery in Leimert Park. The secret family recipe spans three generations. Chris Schauble visited the bakery and spoke with the owner, Jeanette Bolden.
Her grandparents opened the bakery in 1956, and then her parents took over. Now she is the third generation running the bakery. The pies are made starting with fresh yams from Louisiana, and mixed in with secret spices that only she and one other person prepares.
