In this Nov. 22, 2015, file photo, Sean "Diddy" Combs presents the award for best collaboration of the year at the American Music Awards at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. He's currently being sued by his former personal chef for sexual harrasement.

A former personal chef of Sean "Diddy" Combs is accusing the rapper/entrepreneur of taking the concept of breakfast in bed to an X-rated level, according to a recently filed lawsuit.

Cindy Rueda, who worked for Combs between January 2015 and May 2016, alleges Combs made her serve him up post-sex meals while he was still unclothed, according to the lawsuit.

"The plaintiff was regularly summoned by Mr. Combs to immediately serve entrees and appetizers to him and his guests while Mr. Combs and/or his immediately engaged in or immediately following sexual activity," according to the suit.

On another occasion, Rueda alleges a nude male houseguest of Combs approached her while she was in the kitchen preparing a meal and asked her to "admire his genitals" after he had engaged in sexual activities with another houseguest.

Rueda says she was ultimately fired by Combs after she was set up to look like she stole one of his watches after complaining about the treatment she received.

When reached for comment a representative for Combs said, "This is a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause.”
