Following his post-"Good Morning America" tantrum, singer Chris Brown catches a rare break.

ABC will not be pressing charges against Brown, which means he won't be in violation of his parole and will not be facing jail time for the incident.

According to TMZ, police arrived at the "Good Morning America" studios shortly after Brown smashed a dressing room window and stormed out of the building shirtless. ABC chose not to file a formal complaint against the singer.

What's more, it appears as though ABC will still allow Brown to appear on "Dancing with the Stars" as a musical guest.
