A suspected DUI driver crashed his big rig into around a dozen parked vehicles in Brea early Saturday.
The smash happened on the 600 block of East Birch Street at around 2 a.m, a Brea Police Department spokesman said.
Crews are working to clean the mess left by the crash , including a minor diesel fuel spill from ruptured gas tank of the truck. No injuries occurred however. One of the hit vehicles also ended up being pushed into a garage.
The big rig driver has been arrested for allegedly driving under influence of an unknown substance.
His vehicle was driving off the truck route and should not even have been traveling on the residential street, police said.
A pet dog was located in the truck, and has been taken into the care of animal control.
