Women File Bed Bug Lawsuit Against Glendale Hotel

Three women filed a lawsuit claiming they were attacked by bed bugs.

Three women who were allegedly left with more than 100 bed bug bites from a three-night stay in a Glendale hotel room will soon go to trial.

Plaintiffs Nicole Eatman, Vera Domini and Regina Martocci have filed a lawsuit against Rodeway Inn-Regalodge Motel at 200 West Colorado Street and its franchiser, Choice Hotels International Inc. The lawsuit seeks restitution for medical bills and mental anguish.

The complaint filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court alleges the beds and parts of hotel furniture were filled with adult bed bugs, their larvae and eggs.

The jury trial for the lawsuit was expected to begin May 2.
