UCLA fans are known for blue & gold, a mascot named Joe, and for cheering a team that has remained in the AP Poll's top 10 at least once every decade since the poll began in the 1930s. They make USC fans so nervous that Tommy Trojan gets wrapped in a prank-protecting case every year during the rival's game. The Bruins pack the Rosebowl and have produced 28 first round draft picks and 30 consensus All-Americans.

  • UCLA Pride While I admit that USC does have a football program, I sincerly doubt that a majority of those "so-called" fans would be there in times of defeat. There are so many bandwagon USC fans it is just ridiculous. I think it must be a prerequisite to also love the Dodgers and Raiders if you are a USC fan. If you walk down the street and ask 10 people wearing USC gear and 10 people wearing UCLA gear what affiliation they have with each school, the number would speak the truth.
