In another bout of bad news for Research in Motion, Google has announced it will end support for its BlackBerry Gmail app.
The Mountain View-based search company said it will end support for the app on Nov. 22.
"Over this past year, we’ve focused efforts on building a great Gmail experience in the mobile browser and will continue investing in this area," Google said in a blog post.
The announcement comes as Google just released a iOS app for Gmail. Users can continue to use the BlackBerry app even after Google ends its support.
