SIPS AND SHOWS: The Third Annual San Diego Spirits Festival isn't merely a way to find a new favorite beverage or gawk as top-flight mixologists go mixer-to-muddler in a battle for bartending glory. There are also cultural to-dos -- three Golden State bands'll play each day of the two-day festival, and aerialists and other buskers will perform -- to enjoy. The spot is the water-close Port Pavilion, which is located on Broadway Pier. And the dates? Saturday, June 25 and Sunday, June 26.
