Former 'N Sync singer/"Dancing With the Stars" dancer Lance Bass has re-listed his three-bedroom Mulholland Drive home for $3.925 million. Over the last couple of years, Bass has it listed for $4.9 million (in 2005) and and $5.25 million (in 2006). He purchased the home in October 2003 for $3.88 million. "Heroes" actress Hayden Panettiere purchased a three-bedroom home in the Hollywood Hills for $2.635 million. [Real Estalker]

Singer Jakob Dylan has listed his Brentwood Park Spanish-style home for $11 million. The listing describes it this way: "Classic Brentwood Park Spanish estate. Appx 28,000 ft lot, gated & prvt w/ lovely trees & gardens. Main hse has been extensively restored, upgraded & expanded." [LA Times]
