Designer Dodd Mitchell: He's “Baaaack”

Check out the plywood surrounding the former Garden of Eden on Hollywood and La Brea, the soon-to-be My House, David Judaken's ode to the ultimate house party. It was supposed to be a nightclub called Heir, but after an "inspiring" conversation with designer Dodd Mitchell---whose earthy ubiquity was at its height in late 90s-early 00's with the Sushi Rokus, Katana, Dolce, Voda, Chi, the Lodge, etc.---the two decided to simulate different rooms of a house, including a dining room, media room, kitchen and even a backyard barbecue. Rumor is that the design is a replica of Mitchell's own house. And you thought the "I'm Baaaaack" was a bit much.
