Falcon on Sunset is open to the public tonight for a special event with House of Balsamic. No longer just for salads, the evening will showcase the new chef and cocktail cuisine by Beth Baldiand that includes complimentary balsamic cocktails, live jazz, and a fashion show. Menu is listed below:
-Relibato Jelly and Pecorino Romano on Toasted Crostini with thyme Garnish.
-Grilled Filet Mignon and Fuji Apple skewer. Drizzled with Balsamo di Mela.
-Mission Figs and Solano Goat Cheese garnished with Aged Balsamic and Fresh Herbs
-Fragolina Jelly, Gorgonzola, and a Strawberry Wedge, served on Crostini.
-Grilled Radicchio and Cannellini Puree, served on Crostini with Aged Balsamic Drizzle
-"Italian Sushi" - Prosciutto, Wild Arugula, and Saporina Jelly wraps -Saporolio dip
-Vanilla ice cream, Mission Fig Jam and Aged Balsamic Drizzle
