Downtown: Via some recent PR news, we learned that Rosa Mexicano will be opening up its first West Coast operation come August at L.A. Live. The 205-seat NYC-native will embody the signature Rosa Mexicano style with "vibrant hues" and "festive and modern architectural elements," that includes an on-site tortilla making station, private dining spaces, and outdoor patios. The menu will feature traditional RM fare like guac prepared tableside, and the requisite slew of flavored frozen margaritas.
