What can the strolling shopper look for during the elegant evening? Discounts and specials, of course -- always helpful. Later hours, too, so you don't have to plead with the boss to leave the office early. And bevs and snacks to keep the energy up for walking/gift hauling.
No Christmas-y to-do is complete without carolers and the man in red, so they'll be roaming about as well (Santa, in his brilliant ruby suit, should be easy to spot against the giant blueness that is the Pacific Design Center).
