FRESH AND FAST: Any cook has probably done it at some point (we're not talking to you, fancy chef people). Substituted canned corn when a recipe specifically and sternly called for fresh. We're still of the school that that's a-ok, but now that we've seen the OXO Corn Stripper, we've vowed to be a little less loosey-goosey.
