Three people were killed -- including a child -- and one person was injured in a two car crash in Highland on Monday afternoon.
The crash occurred around 2:30 p.m. on Palm Avenue and Cypress Street in Highland, fire officials said.
A child and an adult were killed and two other people were taken to Loma Linda University Medical Center for treatment. One of the two hospitalized later died, officials said. The victims' identities were not released.
Road closures were in effect at Palm Avenue at Norwood Street and 5th Street.
