Two people were found shot to death inside a Beverly Hills apartment Wednesday in what police say appears to be a murder-suicide.
The bodies were discovered by a relative and reported at 4:24 p.m. in the 300 block of S. Elm Drive, a Beverly Hills Police Department spokesman said.
The bodies were that of a man and woman in their 30s, police said. They lived at the home together, but their relationship remained unclear.
Their names were not released.
A neighbor said the man was well known in the neighborhood.
Police were investigating the circumstances surrounding the deaths.
Police said they were not searching for a gunman in the killings.
