Skimpy Halloween outfits in the workplace have the California Chamber of Commerce issuing a warning to employers across the state.
According to the organization, reports of sexual harassment have increased during the past few years along with the rising popularity of skimpy Halloween costumes.
Now, Chamber members are suggesting that employers be careful about sponsoring company Halloween events.
As for employees, they are advised to wear "decent" costumes that aren't skimpy or revealing.
