The 3-year-old girl who fell to her death from a fifth floor hotel balcony in Anaheim has been identified as Stephanie Martinez of Las Vegas.
Martinez was visiting relatives in Anaheim with her family when she fell off an Embassy Suites' fifth story inner courtyard walkway at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, said Lt. Eric Trapp of the Anaheim Police Department.
She died from her injuries at a hospital, according to the Orange County Coroner's Office.
Trapp said police are investigating the incident, but it appears to be tragic accident.
