How to Graduate from The “College of the Overwhelmed”

 “College of the Overwhelmed… The Campus Mental Health Care Crisis and What We Must Do About It”.

 Dr. Richard Kadison, author of the book “College of the Overwhelmed” and Director of Mental Health Services at Harvard University will speak about the increase in mental illness on our college campuses and the increase in incidents of violence. Dr. Andrew Leuchter, Associate Dean of the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine will speak about the high rate of depression among college graduates who are entering the workplace in these difficult economic times with slowdowns in hiring.  The Friends of the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA is sponsoring the event. Refreshments will be served.   Admission is free but reservations are essential

Admission is free. Parking is available for $11 in the Jules Stein parking lot on the corner of Westwood Boulevard and LeConte.
