Here are four events to watch in Friday's action at the 2016 Rio Olympics

The Friday night lights will be shining on Jamaica's Usain Bolt. The Jamaican superstar will run his final race of the Olympics in a relay event.

Here are our 4 to Watch for Friday:

1. Usain It's Over?

In the last race of his legendary career, Usain Bolt will anchor his nation's 4x100m relay team against a strong American squad.

2. Gold on the Line in Water Polo

The United States face Italy for gold in women's water polo after cruising into the medal match.

Ricky Martin to headline LA Pride in the Park

The U.S. team includes Bruins KK Clark, Rachel Fattal, of Seal Beach, Sami Hill, of Santa Barbara, Courtney Mathewson, of Orange, Maddie Musselman, of Newport Beach. They'll join USC’s Kami Craig, of Santa Barbara, and Kaleigh Gilchrist, of Newport Beach, in defense of the gold medal.

The Italians allowed just 22 goals in their previous four games.

3. U.S Men's Basketball Competes in the Semis

The U.S. takes on Spain in a basketball rematch of the 2012 London Olympics gold medal game. Former Los Angeles Laker Pau gasol hopes to do what he couldn't back when Kobe Bryant was still playing. But if the U.S. plays like they did Wednesday when they beat Argentina by 33, Spain will need all the luck it can get in this semifinal game. The winner moves on to play for gold.

4. After a Do-Over, US Women Make 4x100 Final

In what is widely believed to be an unprecedented Olympic relay do-over, the U.S. women’s 4x100m team — with LA’s Allyson Felix pulling the second leg — ran Thursday morning in a tangled mess, then got the chance in the evening to run again, in a time trial, to try to qualify for the relay final Friday at Olympic Stadium. Felix and company put up the fastest qualifying time. They’ll try to match that feat when all eight lanes are occupied.

Also on Friday night:

Men's 10m Platform Diving: Not since Greg Louganis (1984, 1988) has the Unites States had a repeat winner in the 10m platform event. David Boudia hopes to changing that. Qualifying rounds begin Friday.
