Public Urged to Help Find Disabled Boy's Stolen Wheelchair

Authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding a stolen wheelchair belonging to a disabled boy.

The wheelchair was taken from the victim’s garage on Feb. 24 in the 27900 block of Tyler Lane in Santa Clarita, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The victim's mother reported the burglary and told authorities that the garage door may have been left open when the wheelchair was taken.

A black backpack attached to the custom "Karma" wheelchair was also taken, officials said. The chair featured candy-apple red paint and ghost flames running along the bars.

There are no suspects in the crime, officials said.
