Two men were taken into custody Tuesday afternoon following a 15-minute police pursuit that ended in the Silver Lake area, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Officers with the LAPD Northeast division pursued an allegedly stolen Toyota Highlander on the 5 and 2 freeways beginning about 12:15 p.m.
The chase ended about 12:30 p.m. near the Silver Lake Reservoir. The vehicle pulled over and two men exited the SUV. They were both taken into custody.
