It's pouring outside, but Katz is determined to create a warm and humorous atmosphere inside his second floor wedding business in Long Beach.
Cute Little Wedding Chapel is offering a Valentine's Day deal to couples Thursday: a wedding for $14 (less than the average cost for a dozen red roses). The chapel is open 24 hours a day and will be accepting walk-ins until midnight on Valentine's Day.
