NBC4's Whit Johnson has been hard at work covering the Winter Games in Sochi. As evidenced by his Twitter and Instagram accounts, Johnson isn't "all work and no play." Johnson's carved some time in-between his competition coverage to socialize with Olympians and locals, as well as try some local cuisine.
Among Johnson's newfound friends are luger Kate Hansen and the father of bobsled driver Cory Butner. Johnson also reported via social media that the Russian braised veal cheeks was the best meal he's had while in Sochi.
