Four girls were hospitalized following a school bus crash that brought down electrical wires Wednesday morning in the Elysian Park area.
The four hospitalized patients were in fair condition, the fire department said. They are about 12 years old.
The single-vehicle crash was reported in the 500 block of West Solano Avenue in the community north of downtown Los Angeles. The bus appeared to crash head-on into a utility pole.
