How many times have you arrived at the rooftop pool at The Standard downtown and said, "Uh oh, I forgot my trunks."

Never? Be thankful.

Just in case, Standard Hotels is partnering with Quiksilver to provide swimsuits for guests. The four men's styles -- there's a black bikini for women -- are available in hotel vending machines.

The Quiksilver-Standard designed boardshorts will cost $75. A "Quik City Guide" is available in the waistband.

If you're not staying at the hotel or have an overwhelming fear that your $75 trunks will get stuck in the vending machine, the items also are available online.

The Standard's two LA locations both have popular pools. They're at 550 S Flower St in downtown Los Angeles and 8300 W Sunset Blvd. in West Hollywood.

Each location has its own pair of shorts. The downtown location features "HOCUS POLKAS" -- red and white polka dots on a black background. The website claims the design was "inspired by The Standard Downtown LA’s off-beat sense of humor."

Blue shorts with stars are available at the Sunset Boulevard location. Hollywood, stars... you get it.
