The hottest new boy band in America proved it at The Grove Thursday.
After a performance before a sea of screaming fans, “The Wanted” hung around and autographed their latest CD.
And they couldn’t have picked a better name for their group because this latest British and Irish import is truly wanted.

“They treat their fans with so much respect and their music is awesome,” said one fan who waited for hours to see them perform.
“I think the fans know us a lot more personally than I think they do with any other group because we put videos up on our website every week,” said “Wanted” singer Nathan Sykes.
And the fame they are now experiencing American style is something they say they’ve been working toward and admit there is no way to really prepare for it. So they are simply holding on and preparing for the ride.
“You just go with the flow. You never can train for this job,” said singer Siva Kaneswaran.
“I think we were about 40 percent prepared and then 60 percent unexpected,” said singer Jay McGuiness.
On Thursday, they taped an Extra appearance, on Friday they graced The Tonight Show.
“People just connect to us because we’re quite real and we don’t pretend to be anything we weren’t,” said singer Max George.
