Strong Winds Set to Delay Flights Ahead of Thanksgiving

Strong winds across the U.S. may lead to "significant delays at major airports” on Monday as millions are set to fly for Thanksgiving, NBC News reported. With "low ceilings, wind and rain" forecast in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington and Detroit, the FAA warned ground stops and delays were expected at New York's LaGuardia Airport, Philadelphia International Airport, and Washington's Reagan National Airport. According to a meteorologist at The Weather Channel, Cleveland and Cincinnati are also among those likely to see delays.
