New Remains Pulled From Shipwrecked Costa Concordia

On Wednesday divers pulled human remains believed to be of Russel Rebello from the still-submerged third deck of the Costa Concordia, NBC News reported. Rebello, who was a waiter on the ship, was last seen helping other passengers to safety and is the only victim whose remains have not been found. “I’m absolutely hoping it’s my brother,” said his brother Kevin Rebello. “Of course there is sadness but we’re also waiting for relief—we’re waiting for closure.” The ship sank over two years ago off the coast of Italy, killing 32 people.
